BOOKING POLICY 预定须知

Menu 关于菜单 

  • Our restaurant only provides set menu 餐厅仅提供套餐

  • Our restaurant offers a pescatarian menu, We DO NOT provide any poultry, terrestrial meat. The set menu includes seafood, vegetables, dairy products, eggs, carbohydrates, beans & nuts, etc. 餐厅以鱼素为主，不提供禽类、陆生肉类等食品；套餐内包括海鲜，蔬菜，蛋奶，碳水，豆类，坚果等；

  • Our current menu price is 1688 rmb per person. 目前套餐的价格为1688元每位

  • Starting from September 26th,2025, the menu price will be adjusted to 1888rmb per person. 自2025年9月26日起，菜单价格将调整至1888元每位；

  • Each set menu is for one diner. Please book according to the actual number of diners. 套餐为每人每套，请按照实际到店用餐人数进行预订；

  • We recommend that you set aside 2 hours for your meal so that we can offer you a complete dining experience.我们建议您预留2个小时的用餐时间，以便我们为您提供完整的就餐体验。

  • Your dining experience will begin once everyone at your table has arrived.待同桌客人到齐后，我们将为您开启当晚的用餐体验。

  • Kindly note that you and your guests are expected to arrive on time. Should you fail to arrive 8 p.m, which leads to the cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will NOT be refunded.请您及客人准时抵达餐厅；如您未能在晚8点前抵达而导致预约取消，定金将不予退回。

Dietary Restrictions 关于忌口 

  • When booking, please specify all diners’ dietary restrictions, so that we can provide a better experience for you. If your dietary restrictions or allergies requires comprehensive changes in the menu that will result in a compromise on standards or concepts, unfortunately we CAN NOT accommodate your requests. Thanks for your understanding.

  • 请在预订时，明确您及同行客人的忌口和过敏，以便我们可以更好地为您提供服务。如您的忌口或过敏，导致我们改变了菜单的标准或概念，还请谅解我们无法满足。

Deposit 定金

  • When making a reservation, we will charge 1000 RMB per person as deposit. This amount will be refunded to your account once you start your meal at the restaurant.

  • 在您进行预定时，餐厅会收取1000元每位作为预订定金，此金额将在您到店就餐后，原路退回至您的账户。

Service fee & Wine Policy 服务费及酒水规则

  • All prices ( exclude wine service fee ) are subject to 10% service charge. 所有消费价格（ 侍酒服务费除外 ）需加收10%服务费；

  • If you wish to bring your own wine, we will charge a service fee of 500RMB for every 750ml bottle. 如您需自带酒水，每750ml，餐厅将收取500元的侍酒服务费；

  • Alternatively, you can order any bottle of wine of the same specification in the restaurant, and the corresponding service fees will be waived.或您可以在店内任点一瓶同规格的葡萄酒，对应瓶数的侍酒服务费可免除。

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
取消、变更及改期政策

  • Cancellation 48 hours in advance of your dining date, the deposit will be fully refunded. 在您用餐日期前，提前48小时取消预订，定金将全部退回

  • Cancellation between 48 to 24 hours in advance of your dining date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 在您用餐日期前，提前48 - 24小时取消预订，可退定金的50%

  • Cancellation within 24 hours before your dining date, the deposit will not be refunded. 在您用餐日期前，24小时内取消预订，定金将不予退回

  • If you need to reschedule your reservation or change the originally reserved number of guests, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. The restaurant will refund or charge your deposit in accordance with the restaurant policy. 如您需改期或增减原预订人数，请至少提前48小时联系我们，餐厅将按照政策规定，退还或收取您的定金。

Dress code 着装要求

  • Business Casual. Please refrain from wearing slippers. 商务休闲，请勿穿着拖鞋

Child policy 儿童政策

  • Please understand that we DO NOT accommodate children under 14 years old.请谅解我们暂不接待14岁以下的儿童。

Safety & Privacy 安全及私密性

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the confines of the restaurant, including e-cigarettes. 餐厅内禁止吸烟，包括电子烟

  • Pets are NOT allowed in the restaurant. 餐厅禁止携带宠物

  • We DO NOT offer packing services for takeaway foods. 餐厅无法提供打包服务

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the restaurant. We DO NOT provide food processing services. 餐厅谢绝自带食品及饮料等，且不提供食品加工服务

  • Live streaming and the use of flash photography, fill lights, or any equipment affecting others or the dining environment are strictly prohibited in the restaurant. 餐厅内禁止直播，禁止使用闪光灯或补光灯等影响他人及环境的设备
